DB Props Commercials from the Past

Hey there Everybody,

I hope you’re all doing well and enjoying life. I’ve got more for you that I hope to get posted before I scramble out of here today, but I wanted to make sure this day didn’t end before I posted these 2 commercials we did for Props 3 or so years ago. They’re pretty cool…

This is the first commercial we did for Props. It is a little dated, but still well worth watching. Clearly documents the style and good times that result when people get together to ride Diamondbacks and have fun.

This is the second in the series (of two). It features more good times being had on Diamondbacks and some very good times being had at Kink’s last Destruction Derby in Canandagua, NY. That was a blast. Imagine a super fun jam format contest with all of your friends and no made for TV nonsense. Now imagine that followed up by a demolition derby with all of the same people involved (and driving the cars). It was a hoot to say the least.

Here’s a shot of our car complete with inflatable snakes, a duct tape window net, rope for traction (which only served to stop the wheels from spinning), and maracas up high that rattled upon impact to let the competition know they’d just been bitten.

Here Andrew Carpenter completely ruins the effectiveness of his camo T shirt at breakfast one morning by doing his best babushka. Our friend Dustin was amused and the rest of us were too.

That’s all for now. I’ve got some more news to come today from Diogo

Thanks for stopping by, Trevor
